Dying Knights Armor - Guild Wars Forums

I want to dye my full knights armor (male set). I have already dyed it all blue. If I where to dye it again, would it replace the blue or will it turn another part that color?

Also, is there any mixture that creates white looking dye? Or is silver the closest you will get?

There is no white for starters (only thing close enough is silver)... as for dyes... if you dye it blue, then dye it green, it'll become green. If you try to remove the dye then put another color on, be prepared to have adverse effects. I dyed my armor one color, then did the "Dye Remover" and it turned Gold. I did it again to each piece and now have a complete gold set.

Dye Remover does NOT = original color. Keep that in mind.

uhh.. the knights armor is gold by defualt...

dye remover DOES remove the dye and return it to is original color..

if you say its not trye. you're just completely wrong

So knights armor doesn't have multiple dye spots? Because I have heard people say that some elementalist armor does. Is that true?

No, no... the armor I had dyed was Wyvern Armor... and no... it didn't go back to its' original color of red... it went Gold when using the remover. So, as I stated, be CAREFUL in what you use this stuff on.

I wasn't talking about Knights armor in particular... I was explaining a little situation I came across while explaining the workings of using dye on another dye.

As for multiple dye spots... I've never heard of this... hopefully someone answers that question for you.
